Here is my advice on getting support for products from the following companies:
Xheli.com
Nitroplanes.com
Hobbypartz.com
Raidentech.com
Airplanes from Nitroplanes and Raidentech:
Go to the NitroModels suppoort section
of RC Universe and post a descriptive assessment of your problem.
Include the model you purchased (a link to it is very helpful).
Do this especially if your simply having a problem with something
fitting or can't figure out the manual. The people who are hobbyists
just like you and me monitor this forum and are EXTREAMLY helpful if
your descriptive and polite.
If you know you need a replacement
part, post your Order # along with a picture of the part or a part #
from the manual (if it is available) or if Nitroplanes has the part, a
link to the replacement part.
You can also post to the RCDiscuss.com Nitroplanes Support forum section , but DO NOT POST TO BOTH forums.
Helicopters from Xheli and Raidentech
Go to the appropriate section
of RCDiscuss
Beginners (Fixed pitch, 2 channel, 3 channel or other Beginner questions)
Advanced (see the child boards for 250, 450, 500 etc)
