RC Helicopter Maneuver progression - Advanced
These maneuvers are for Collective Pitch helicopters only.
Before
progressing to this stage, the pilot should have mastered or at least
be very comfortable with Inverted and Backwards flight.
Flips:
- Flips while peformed at the end of a Piro
- 2 half flips with a piro while inverted.
- Flip with a piro mixed in while helicopter is vertical during first 1/4 or last 3/4 of manuever rotation.
- Half Piro Flip
Inverted:- Inverted Backwards Circuits
- Inverted Piro Circuits
- Inverted Nose down Funnels
- Inverted Tail down Funnels
Other maneuvers
- Upright tail down funnels
- High frequency Elevator Tic Tocs (1 or more cycles per second)
- Aileron Tic Tocs (1 or more cycles per second)
- Axial roll while inverted forward flight
- Axial roll while in Backards upright flight
- Inverted Loop
- Backwards Loop
- Backwards Stall Turn
- Rolling Circle (4 rolls per circle)
