Heli Simulator
Any
flight training should be coupled with time spent on a PC (or MAC)
based flight simulator. This is an invaluable tool to learn
your
finger movements and orientation skills. Money spent in
simulation tools will be well spent and pay back in fewer crashes.
There is a number of ways to go in terms of investing in RC
flight simulation ranging from less than $25 to hundreds of $$.
Some Simulator software is free and some cost $$. Some
simulators
include the Transmitter simulator and some don't.
All
that is needed for the downloadable software are USB 4 or 6ch simulator
boxes. 4 Channel is fine in most cases and the 6Ch simulators don't
always offer much more to the experiance.
